At True Eyewear, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, cases, and tags.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email) is required.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@trueeyewear.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, we may reduce your refund accordingly.
Exchanges
Need a different colour or size? We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest turnaround and stock availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us at support@trueeyewear.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. Attach clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
We will cover the return shipping for any faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items and offer a full refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
Gift cards
Items purchased as “Final Sale” (if clearly marked)
Prescription lenses once made (unless faulty)
